No need to wonder any longer where you can drop off that pre-paid UPS shipment. The UPS Store in Gillette is open!

“The UPS Store is separate from UPS,” says owner Troy Castleberry. “Obviously we work together and are under the same parent company, but UPS Store has its own CEO and corporate offices.”

The UPS Store is more of a retail business, and the Castleberry family has opened a franchise location in Camel Plaza to better serve Gillette. They keep regular business hours — Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. — and have a full staff that can assist you whether you’re ready to ship or still need help prepping a package.

In addition to standard packaging and shipping services, The UPS Store offers full print services, laminating, self-service color copiers available, full-service mailboxes, shredding services, notary republic, and promotional product development.

“If you’re shipping to a post office box, the only people that can deliver to those boxes are the post office. So you can’t have UPS or FedEx stuff shipped to your P.O. Box,” says Troy. “Here, it’s any actual street address mailbox, so any carrier can deliver to us, and we’ll keep your stuff safe.”

You can visit them at 900 Camel Drive, or give them a call at (307) 682-7581.
