Campbell County Health providers have adapted to the coronavirus situation to help their patients safely receive the care they need. The majority of Campbell County Medical Group clinics, including the Walk-in Clinic and Behavioral Health Services, now have the ability to do telephone or virtual visits.
Virtual or telephone visits allow current and new patients to speak with a healthcare provider from the comfort of their home, or office. Healthcare providers can do an assessment, make a diagnosis, and can prescribe medication or other treatment options. Providers can also give patients advice on what additional steps to take if their condition worsens.
People should continue to call their healthcare provider first if they need medical care. If you have suffered a serious injury or have symptoms of a serious condition such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe abdominal pain, or have a possible emergency, please call 911 or get to the Emergency Department.
For more information, patients are encouraged to call their CCMG Clinic or visit www.cchwyo.org/virtual.
